Our Road Star Section started in 1981 in West Palm Beach, and now stretches along Florida's east coast between Sebastian on the north, then south to Boca Raton, and westward to the middle of the state. You may recognize destinations like Vero Beach, Fort Pierce, Port St. Lucie, Stuart, Hobe Sound, Okeechobee, Indiantown, Jupiter, North Palm Beach, Palm Beach, West Palm Beach, Lake Worth, and Boynton Beach (to name a few!). We usually have an “event” every 6 to 8 weeks during “the season.” “Season” is usually defined as October thru April…. and is happily impacted by our Snow Birds! Those events usually include our annual Concours d’Elegance in February, our more formal Annual Holiday Party and a Membership Appreciation Picnic. We add other interesting events at Mercedes – Benz dealerships and owner operated garages, both public and private museums and attractions in the area to our typical “must go to” sites. We usually finish those visits with lunch and a quick "business meeting" to update members on planned upcoming events and activities. The southeast coast of Florida is a truly beautiful area. It has soft, sandy beaches, semi tropical climate, proximity to the beautiful Atlantic ocean, tremendous golf and tennis facilities, as well as great theater, art, and dining venues. Our challenge: so much to do, and so little time! Obviously we encourage all of our Section members and those associated with other MBCA Sections to attend our events. We'd like to extend an offer to anyone who may not be a member of Road Star Section - please feel free to visit our website and contact any of our Officers or Directors for more information; we’d sincerely look forward to having you join us.
